Welcome to Wyshing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wyshing ("Wyshing", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the Wyshing app, website, and service (the "Service"), including trials.

Who runs Wyshing. Wyshing is currently a limited demo, run by Sonali from Bangalore, India. It is not yet a registered company. When it becomes one, we will name the company and its registered address here.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Wyshing.

1. Who can use Wyshing

You must be 13 or older to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.

A trial is a purchase you may pay for, so you must be 18 or older to request one. A parent or guardian can't request a trial on a minor's account; they can use their own account instead.

2. What Wyshing does

Wyshing helps you save products you like and try them at home before you pay. You can:

  • send us an Instagram post or reel by direct message, once you have connected your Instagram account,
  • send a product link, or
  • upload a photo or screenshot from your phone,

and we help you find and save the pieces you choose. Your saved finds and pieces make up your Wyshlist.

We use service providers, including Google Gemini and SerpApi, to process the content you send. Our Privacy Policy explains what they receive. Product information can be incomplete or change; your trial shows the pieces, sizes and prices before you request.

For pieces that can be tried, Wyshing offers try now, pay later: you request a trial, we source the pieces you choose and arrange delivery, you keep or return each one, and you pay only for what you keep. Section 6 explains how it works.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code we email to you, or with your Google account. Before you request a trial, we also ask for a phone number the delivery partner can call. You're responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account.

To send us Instagram posts, you connect your Instagram account: the app gives you a short code, and you send it to us by direct message from that account. Only connect an account that is yours.

4. Content you send us

"Your Content" means anything you send or upload: posts, links, photos, notes, tags, and the photos you add to a trial return.

  • You keep ownership of Your Content.
  • You give us permission to store, copy, and process Your Content, and to share it with our service providers (such as Google Gemini and SerpApi), only as needed to run the Service for you and improve how we help you choose pieces.
  • You promise that you have the right to send us Your Content, and that doing so doesn't break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. Only upload photos and share posts you're allowed to.
  • Sharing. Your Wyshlist is private by default. If you share a piece, we generate a share link, and you give us permission to show what you shared to any signed-in Wyshing user who opens that link. Share links can be forwarded beyond the people you sent them to. A shared piece link opens that piece's page, which stays available while the piece is in our catalogue. You can't take a link back once you've shared it, and we can't undo copies or screenshots others make, so share thoughtfully. You're responsible for what you choose to share.
  • We may remove content or limit the Service if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or the law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing;
  • upload content you don't have the rights to;
  • try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or dataset;
  • misuse referrals or other features (for example, fake accounts); or
  • request a trial you don't intend to complete, or give us an address or phone number that isn't yours to use.

6. Trials: try now, pay later

A trial is a request to try pieces from your Wyshlist at home. When a piece can be tried, the app shows it as ready to try.

Requesting a trial

You choose the pieces and sizes, a delivery address, and a phone number the delivery partner can call. You can have one open trial at a time. The price we show for each piece when you request is the price you pay if you keep it. If the piece’s price changes later, your trial price does not.

Each trial has a trial limit, shown in the app before you request. The pieces in one trial can't be worth more than the limit. You pay nothing when you request a trial, and nothing before delivery. You pay online for the pieces you keep, within your decision window.

We deliver only to places we currently serve. Right now that is India.

We may decline a request before we order it, for example if we can't get the pieces. If we do, we tell you why.

Stock changes before we order

Sometimes a piece you asked for is no longer available. If that happens before we order, we tell you in the app. You can continue the trial with the pieces that are still available, or cancel the whole request. We don't order anything until you have chosen. If none of your pieces are available, the trial can't continue and you can cancel it.

Cancelling

You can cancel a trial until we place its first order. Cancelling calls off the whole request, not single pieces, and costs you nothing. Once we have placed an order, you can no longer cancel, but you can still return every piece.

Delivery

We source your pieces and pay our suppliers before you pay us. Our suppliers and their delivery partners deliver to the address you chose when you requested the trial. Changing your address book later does not change where an open trial is delivered. We email you when your order is placed, when it is on the way, and when it is delivered. We don't charge you for delivery.

If a piece never arrives, or arrives damaged or unusable, tell us. We can take it off your bill.

Your decision window

Your decision window starts when your delivery is recorded. The app and your delivery email show how long you have (currently 36 hours). We may give you more time.

During the window, mark each piece keep or return in the app. You can decide piece by piece, and you don't have to decide on everything at once. To return a piece, you may need to add a photo of it.

If you haven't decided on a piece when the window closes, it becomes an automatic free return. We arrange the pickup, and you pay nothing for it.

Returns and pickup

We arrange a pickup for the pieces you return, and for any piece you didn't decide on. The app shows the pickup as scheduled once it is booked with the courier or the store. We don't charge you for the pickup, and you pay nothing for returned pieces.

To return a piece, pack it in an unsealed packet. It must be unused and unwashed, with all its original tags, including the MRP tag.

If the store rejects a return, we review it by hand. Photos help us, but no photo decides the outcome on its own. If a dispute with the store can't be settled, we take the piece off your bill rather than charge you for it.

Missed pickups and pieces not returned

If a pickup is missed, we rebook it, up to two more times. If a piece is not handed over within 7 days after your window closes, or the store refuses it because it was used, washed, or its tags were removed, you pay its trial price as if you kept it.

Paying for what you keep

When you choose to keep a piece, the app shows what you owe for it. You pay only for the pieces you keep, and only online, through Razorpay. We don't take direct bank or UPI transfers.

You enter your payment details on Razorpay's own checkout. Wyshing never sees your card number, UPI PIN, or bank login. A payment counts once Razorpay confirms it has been captured.

Pay for each piece you keep before your decision window closes. If a piece you chose to keep is still unpaid when the window closes, we remind you and give you a little extra time to pay (currently up to 24 hours). If it is still unpaid after that, it becomes a return: we pick it up with your other returns, and you owe nothing for it. If a payment reaches us after a piece has become a return, we refund it in full to the account you paid from. We don't charge late fees.

Refunds

If you pay more than you owe, we refund the difference to the account you paid from, within 7 working days of the trial being settled.

Who sells you the pieces

Wyshing sells you the pieces you keep. If you find a defect after keeping a piece, tell us within 7 days.

Help with a trial

For any question about a trial, a delivery, a pickup, or a payment, email help@wyshing.com. You can also reach us from the Help page in the app.

7. Purchases from other stores

If you choose to buy independently from another store, that purchase is between you and that store, on its terms. That store handles payment, shipping, returns and customer service for those purchases. We are not responsible for its products, prices or conduct. Wyshing sells you the pieces you keep from a Wyshing trial, as described in Section 6.

8. Referrals

If we offer a referral feature, any rewards are subject to the rules we publish in the app. We may change or end referral programs, and we may withhold rewards we reasonably believe were obtained through fraud or abuse.

9. Our intellectual property

The Wyshing app, name, logo, and everything we create for the Service are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't give you any right to use them except to use the Service as intended.

Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, we may use them freely to improve Wyshing without any obligation or compensation to you. This applies only to feedback about the Service, not to Your Content.

10. Changes to the Service

We're actively building Wyshing, so features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may also stop offering the Service, in which case we'll try to give reasonable notice. A change never raises the prices of a trial you have already requested, or shortens its decision window.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we don't make promises that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product information will be accurate or complete. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this section limits what we promise you about a trial in Section 6.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, including losses from relying on product information or price. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of what you paid Wyshing for the trial the claim is about, or ₹5,000. This cap never limits a refund we owe you.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for reasonable losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you send that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using Wyshing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We can't delete it while a trial is open or while we still owe you a refund. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law, or to protect the Service or other users. Ending your access doesn't cancel what you owe for pieces you kept, or what we owe you. Sections that by their nature should survive (like ownership, payments, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts of Bangalore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

17. Contact and grievances
